If you have oily or acne-prone skin, try this bentonite clay mask. The powdered nettle is an excellent astringent and antioxidant that will also help with redness;  arnica blossoms are effective at soothing and detoxifying the skin. Bentonite clay is great for healing acne marks and is also helpful in working to eliminate scar tissue. 2 oz.
 
For each of my clay blends, you simply put a bit of the clay mixture into the palm of your hand, mix it with a little water or honey and spread a thin layer over your face (avoiding the eyes). When you can see that it has dried a bit, use a washcloth to rinse the mask (i.e. after 5-15 minutes). You don't want to let it dry all the way, because then you will be pulling right back out the nourishment you just added!
