Our History

I created City Garden Goods to bring together my lifelong interest in gardening, environmental stewardship, cooking, and natural wellness. I offer handmade products for skin care and general health care, formulated with natural ingredients and made in small batches. I choose herbs, clays, and plant-based oils for the properties they contain and that have been used in healing for centuries.

I began making skin care and other products in order to provide my family with options that are both safer + simpler than commercially-made products and also lower on the corporate food chain. Commercial skin care products often contain ingredients that have been linked to allergies, neurological disorders, reproductive issues, and cancer. My products are free of parabens, phthalates, and petroleum products.

Products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
